PAYMENT CHANNELS

CHEQUE / E-CHEQUE / BANK DRAFT

You may settle policy payments by sending us a crossed cheque, bank draft or E-cheque payable to "FTLife Insurance Company Limited". Third party and post-dated cheques will not be accepted.

Crossed Cheque / Bank Draft

Please write the policy number and the Policyholder's name on the back of the cheque and mail it to our Customer Service Centre.

Or, you can settle policy payments by cheque in person at our Customer Service Centre.

E-cheque

Please write the policy number and the Policyholder's name in an email and send it along with an E-cheque to our email address at cashier@ftlife.com.hk.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If premium payment is made by local or overseas bank draft, please ensure the bank draft receipt is also submitted to certify the name of the payer.
  • Please allow 3 working days for payment confirmation.
  • The grace period for premium settlement is 31 days after the premium due date and policy renewal premiums should be settled within the grace period.
  • Acting in our customers' best interests, we ONLY accept payments made by the policyholder's or the insured's account. Unless under some specific conditions, payments made by a third party or any other accounts are NOT accepted.
