HK$60m FTL Prestige customer service centre underscores FTLife's commitment to Hong Kong

An official opening ceremony took place today at the FTL Prestige Centre, FTLife's HK$60 million customer service centre at The Gateway in Tsim Sha Tsui. This marks establishment of the first such facility of its kind to be offered by Hong Kong's insurance industry.

Situated in the heart of Kowloon's most prosperous area, the high-end centre covers 14,000 square feet and combines wealth and health management with hi-tech facilities and a superlative approach to customer service – all in luxury lifestyle surroundings.

Skilled medical team provides one-stop service

The jewel in the crown of the FTL Prestige Centre is a state-of-the-art medical centre established by FTLife in conjunction with HealthMutual Group. Customers are able to arrange health checks there as part of the insurance underwriting process.

Doctors will be available six days a week, during which female doctors can be arranged on request.

The medical centre will also organise seminars and other special events in order to keep FTLife customers up to speed with helpful medical news and healthy-lifestyle tips.

World-class design concept and facilities

Elegance, comfort and hospitality are hallmarks of the FTL Prestige Centre's design concept. Glass curtains provide panoramic cityscape views of Victoria Harbour, while useful facilities include a concierge, business centre, meeting rooms, multi-function rooms, children's play area, massage chairs and a tea spa. Complimentary refreshments and beverages are always at hand for the benefit of visitors.

Customers in the high-net-worth category are able to book certain facilities to help them maintain business activities while at the centre. Meanwhile, free transport and dining is available on request, and customers from overseas can go through attestation and underwriting processes while onsite.
