Achievement in Manpower Developer Award

The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) has applauded FTLife’s ongoing commitment to training and development by awarding the “Super MD” title, in recognition of the company’s efforts in achieving the “Manpower Developer” title for 10 consecutive years. FTLife won 3 Outstanding Awards in Bloomberg Businessweek /Chinese Edition Financial Institution Awards 2020

FTLife garnered three prestigious awards in Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition Financial Institution Awards 2020, namely the "Medical Care – Outstanding Award", "Integrated Marketing (Product) – Outstanding Award", and "Training and Development Achievement (Agency Force) – Outstanding Award". The annual Bloomberg Businessweek/Chinese Edition Financial Institution Awards are judged by an esteemed panel of economists, scholars, experts, and the editorial board of the magazine. They evaluate entries based on four criteria: market performance, growth, development, and business strategy. Through rigorous assessment, awards are granted to winners as recognition to their outstanding performance and contributions in driving the development of the financial industry in the past year.

This year, FTLife received the "Medical Care – Outstanding Award" with TopCare Medical Insurance Plan. This Flexi Plan certified by the HKSAR Food and Health Bureau under VHIS combines the basic protection of VHIS with multiple first-in-market* product designs, including additional benefit of up to HKD160,000 for major cancers, a up to 100% major medical benefit reimbursement percentage for severe urban chronic diseases and renewal premium without increase according to age after age 70. The plan offers even more comprehensive coverage with affordable premiums for clients' extra peace of mind.

FTLife also won the "Integrated Marketing (Product) – Outstanding Award" with its "VHIS@FTLife" themed campaign, which aimed to promote the all-new VHIS products and services. By using large-scale outdoor advertisements and online digital platforms, with the support of such marketing tools as a market survey, client seminars and customer incentives, the campaign successfully raised public awareness to the VHIS and other insurance products, as well as the corporate brand.

The new "Training and Development Achievement (Agency Force) – Outstanding Award" was given to FTLife endorsing its training philosophy and system as the best industrial practice. To facilitate long-term business growth, FTLife Financial Talent Development Center was established to provide an excellent financial talent platform through recruitment, training and development. The Recruitment Platform offers a variety of spectacular activities, including career seminars and lifestyle workshops, to attract high-calibre talents to join FTLife. Three newly established academies - "Future Star Academy", "FTLife MDRT Academy" and "Entrepreneur Academy" provide comprehensive training programmes to equip our consultants with enhanced professional knowledge and skills. Through our leader development programmes, experienced trainers and industry elites keep track of our consultants’ performance and career progression to help them grow into industry leaders.

FTLife Wins Joyful@Healthy Workplace Award (Enterprise / Organisation Category) – Excellence Award

FTLife have won the “Joyful@Healthy Workplace Award (Enterprise / Organisation Category) – Excellence Award 2019-2020” organised by Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC). It recognises our efforts in promoting occupational health and caring for our employees, focusing in healthy eating, physical activity and mental well-being at our workplace.

FTLife awarded Caring Company Logo for 18 consecutive years

FTLife was bestowed with the Caring Company Logo by Hong Kong Council of Social Service for 18 consecutive years in recognition of its commitment in caring for the community, employees and the environment.

FTLife receives Platinum Award of the Charter on External Lighting from Environment Bureau

Since the launch of the Charter on External Lighting by the Environment Bureau in 2016.

FTLife has been receiving the Platinum Award every year for complying with the switch-off requirements. We turn off the outdoor lighting installations with decorative, promotional or advertising purposes from 11pm to 7am every day, to minimise energy consumption and light nuisance, as well as to provide residents with a better environment.

FTLife wins Employer of Choice Award 2019 and Learning & Development Award

FTLife is always putting people first. Our company fosters a communicative culture and encourages work-life balance. Various programmes are launched to nurture the development and growth of our staff and agents.

We are honoured that our effort has been recognised in the Employer of Choice Award 2019, organised by JobMarket. We have won the “Employer of Choice Award 2019” and “Learning & Development Award”. These awards recognise our all-round human resource efforts with industry leading position, and our professional training which has boosted the motivation and performance of our staff and insurance agents. Panel of judges comprise of authoritative leaders from key sectors of the industry. FTLife won two awards at the IFPHK Financial Education Leadership Awards

FTLife is honoured to be bestowed with the Corporate Financial Education Leadership – Gold Award and Corporate Financial Education Leadership for the Best Advocate at the IFPHK Financial Education Leadership Awards 2020 took place at the Conrad Hong Kong on 15 January 2020, witnessed by some 200 guests and business leaders.

The company has received the Corporate Financial Education Leadership – Gold Award for two consecutive years for its demonstrated contribution in providing financial education to the public on a pro bono basis. It was also named the Best Advocate for enhancing public awareness and knowledge to the tax incentive measures implemented by the government which included tax-deductible MPF voluntary contributions, the premium paid for qualifying deferred annuity policies and the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme.

Awardees are chosen by a judging penal comprising the IFPHK board members and CFP professionals.

FTLife is honoured to receive the “Life Insurance” award at the High Flyers Awards 2019 organised by Hong Kong Business on 14 January. This marks the 13th consecutive year the company has received this esteemed recognition for its outstanding service quality, innovative business practices, strong brand leadership and marketing, and efforts to contribute towards social progress.

The High Flyers Awards was launched in 2004 by Hong Kong Business, the only English-language business bi-monthly dedicated to Hong Kong and China, to honour Hong Kong’s most successful companies that made remarkable contributions to the economy.
